ATM Machine
The ATM machine is located in the lobby next to the box office.

Baby Changing Stations
Changing stations are available in the restrooms at the following locations:
- Restrooms next to the administration office
- Hall C restrooms

Banners/Signs/Flag
Banners/Signs/Flags are generally allowed if they meet the following conditions:
- They are in good taste
- They are not deemed offensive
- They do not include profanity
- They do not obstruct the view of any guests or any existing Pontchartrain Center signage
- They do not present a safety hazard
Venue Management reserves the right to remove Banners/Signs/Flags at any time.
Venue/Signs/Flags of a commercial nature are not permitted without specific permission from Venue Management.

Box Office
The Pontchartrain Center Box Office is located on the west side of the lobby next to the administration office and sells tickets for all events at the ASM Global-managed complex from 9:00 AM – 12:00PM & 1:00PM-4:00PM Monday through Friday. For Box Office hours on event day, please refer to the event information page for that specific event.

Tickets to Pontchartrain Center events can also be purchased through Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000 or online via Ticketmaster.com. -
Camera & Recording Policies

Catering
All catering is provided exclusively in-house by Messina's Catering. Outside food and beverages of any kind may not be brought into the Center.

Concessions
All concessions are provided exclusively in-house by Messina's Food Services. Outside food and beverages of any kind may not be brought into the Center.

Credit Cards
All major credit cards are accepted at all permanent concession locations and the Box Office.

Door Opening
Door opening is at the discretion of Show Management. For opening times, please refer to the event information page for that specific event.

Drones
The possession, operation, or use of an unmanned aircraft system (UAS) or drone is prohibited on The Pontchartrain Center property without prior written permission from management. Furthermore, persons operating a UAS on Pontchartrain Center property may be subject to criminal or civil penalties by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Duplicate Tickets
Patrons with illegally duplicated tickets will not be allowed entry into the Pontchartrain Center.

Elevators
The guest elevator is located next to the admin restrooms. The freight elevator is located in the back corridor.

Entry Screening
Depending upon the nature of an event or when considered necessary by ASM Global and Show Management, a visual or full search will be conducted by the Pontchartrain Center on all patrons prior to entering the Center. Patrons not willing to comply with search procedures prior to entering the Center may return their tickets immediately to their point of purchase.

Event Booking
The Center can accommodate events small and large, from private parties to large-scale public events.

Eviction Policy
The following behaviors and/or activities are causes for eviction from the Center:
- Use of profanity or unacceptable language of any type
- Possession of illegal or unauthorized items
- Inappropriate or offensive dress
- Public intoxication
- Entering or attempting to enter any “off limit” area such as the playing surface, stage area, backstage, or restroom of the opposite sex
- Participating in a fight or instigating a physical or verbal altercation
- Verbally abusing, threatening, or intimidating other patrons or Venue Management
- Throwing objects of any type
- Possession of stolen or counterfeit tickets
- Possession of unauthorized banners or signs

While visiting the City of Kenner, you may want to extend your stay. Kenner is the 6th largest city in Louisiana and is part of Jefferson Parish. It is filled with history, great southern cuisine, shopping and gambling.

Food & beverages are available for purchase during all Center events. Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the Center.
All concession stands in the Pontchartrain Center accept credit cards.

Hearing Assistance
Complimentary hearing assistance devices are available. Identification is required in order to check out the device. Identification will be returned to the patron upon return of the device following the event.

Hotels

Lost & Found
For lost and found information during an event, patrons should check with the manager on duty. After an event, patrons should call the receptionist at (504) 465-9985 for more information.

Strollers
Strollers are generally allowed into the Center, however please refer to the event information page for that specific event.

Parking
The ASM Global managed complex has a total of three (3) parking lots for public parking which can accommodate approximately 1,300 vehicles. The parking lots are the east lot (located off of Williams Blvd next to the Hilton Garden Inn), the west lot (adjacent to the center) and the auxiliary lot also known as the RV lot across from the west lot. Parking is complimentary to the attendee.

Patron Conduct
The Pontchartrain Center Management and Staff are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all. Any conduct detrimental to the safe and proper operation of an event such as, but not limited to, abusive language, threats, assault, vandalism, theft and all other inappropriate actions will result in immediate eviction from the premises or arrest and prosecution as appropriate. Patrons are encouraged to report all such behavior to any Center team member.

- Public intoxication

- Verbally abusing, threatening, or intimidating other patrons or building employees
- Throwing objects of any type
- Possession of stolen or counterfeit tickets
- Possession of any unauthorized banners or signs
- Attempted resale of tickets
Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by Venue Management will also result in eviction.

- Video and audio recording devices
- Backpacks/knapsacks
- Helium balloons
- Glitter
- Stickers
- Fireworks
- Mace
- Any other item(s) deemed unacceptable by Venue Management
If any prohibited items are revealed during a search, the patron(s) will be permitted to return to their vehicle with the item(s) or they can dispose of the item(s) with the exception of contraband. All and any contraband will be confiscated. The Center will not store any personal belongings or items of any type.

Public Transportation
A public transportation stop is located on Williams Blvd near the Pontchartrain Center.

Restrooms
The Center has 4 women’s restrooms, 4 men’s restrooms, and one family restroom (located in the lobby area of Hall C) conveniently located throughout the facility. Disabled facilities are provided in all restrooms.

The Pontchartrain Center has flexible seating configurations with the ability to accommodate in excess of 4,000 attendees.

Will Call

Wheelchairs
The Center does not have wheelchairs available to use or rent.
